The Bible is the inspired word of God and it is the only infallible guide and rule of faith and practice for life.  It is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, correction and instruction in righteousness.

II Peter 1:20-21, II Timothy 3:16-17

God is love, the one true, purely spiritual, infinite, eternal, living, supreme personal intelligence.  He is the creator, ruler and preserver of all things. He is the only proper subject of worship.  God is the tri-personal Father, Son and Holy Spirit equal in power and glory constituting one Godhead.

I Jo. 4:16, Ps. 90:2, I Tim. 1:17, Gen. 1:1, John 4:24, Col. 2:

God the Father is infinite, self sufficient, omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent, immutable, perfect, holy, truth and love.  He concerns Himself faithfully and mercifully in the affairs of individuals justly and graciously.

Ex. 3:14, Job 37:16, Gen. 18:14, Lev. 11:45, Mal. 3:6, Prov. 15:3, Ps. 147:4-5, Rom. 3:4, I Cor. 86, Gal 1: 3, Eph. 2:4

God the Son is co-existent, eternal and equal with the Father.  Conceived by the Holy Spirit He was born of the Virgin Mary.  He suffered a substitutionary, atoning death, was buried, bodily resurrected and ascended into heaven where He is seated on the right hand of the Father and intercedes for his people.  He is the Great Prophet, Priest, King and head of the Church.  He will personally and visibly reappear to the earth and consummate His Davidic Kingdom.

John 10:30, John 1:1, Luke 1:35, Matt.118, I Tim. 4:1, I Cor. 15: 20, I Pet. 3: 22, Heb. 2:17, Luke 176, Ps. 24:10

God the Holy Spirit is co-existent, eternal and equal with the Father.  He is the revealer of divine truth, and the inspiration of the Scriptures.  He regenerates, sanctifies and empowers believers for ministry and seals believers unto the day of redemption.  He convicts the world of sin, righteousness and judgment. His baptizing work in Acts 2 marked the birthday of the Christian Church. The gifts of the Spirit, which are bestowed on the saints for edification and building up of the church of Jesus Christ, are the word of wisdom, the word of knowledge, faith, gifts of healing, working of miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, diverse kind of tongues and interpretation of tongues.  The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance.

Ps. 119:7, Gen. I:2, Rom. 8:11, Eph. 4:30, Acts 2:4, John 16:8-11, Heb. 4:12, Acts 2:17, I Cor. 2:7-10, Gal. 5:22.

Man in the image and likeness of God was made from the dust of the earth and life was breathed into him.  He is a triune being: body, soul and spirit created to have fellowship with God and live forever.  Man was subject only to God and authority over the earth was given to him.

Gen. 1: 26-27, Gen. 2:7

The fall of man is a result of a voluntary act of the will of man agreeing with satan to disbelieve the word of God.  The result of sin brought forth the fear of God and shame which caused them to hide from the presence of God and be expelled from the Garden of Eden.  All men since the fall have been born in sin.

Gen. 3:16-19, Rom. 5:12, John 8:44, Rom. 3:10, Gal. 3:10, Eph. 2:3, Gal. 5:19-21

Salvation is from God for man through Jesus Christ and contains all the redemptive acts of Christ as justification, redemption, grace, propitiation, imputation, forgiveness, sanctification and glorification.  Salvation is eternal deliverance from death and hell.  It is deliverance from the penalty, pollution, power and bondage of sin.  It is safety, soundness, preservation and healing for the whole.

Acts 4:12, Eph. 28-10, Rom. 324-25, I John 4:7,13, Rom. 6:14, I John 2:2-3, John 3:36

Atonement is the action of God by which the blood of Jesus Christ reconciles us to Him.  Christ died because of the Holiness of God, the sinfulness of humanity and the fulfillment of the scriptures.

Rom. 5:11, Heb. 9:22

Divine Healing is provided in the atonement of Jesus Christ.  God does heal the sick body, soul and spirit today.  The sick are to call for the elders of the church.

Mal. 4:2, James 5:14-15

Man’s duty of love as a believer is to delight in the Word of God and obey the laws of God.  He is to be a member of the body of Christ and the temple of the Holy Spirit.  He should have the gifts of the Spirit and evidence the fruit of the spirit.  He is to live a life of prayer without ceasing and keep the ordinances established by Jesus, which are water baptism and communion.  He is to praise, worship, and glorify God on Earth, love the brethren, disciple and develop Christians unto spiritual maturity and evangelize the world with the Gospel. Prepare for the coming of Jesus Christ our Lord.

Ecl. 12:13, Eph 6:18, Gal. 5:22-23, I Cor. 2:7-10

The Church is an organism made up of a body of many members of called-out Christians of which Christ is the head.  The church is to worship and glorify God on earth, evangelize the world with the gospel and develop Christians unto spiritual maturity.

Matt. 28:19-20, 1 Col. 1:18, Eph. 1:22-23, 1 Peter 2:9, Acts 1:8, Eph. 4:11-13

Water Baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is symbolic of the burial and resurrection of the believers and is a command and ordinance of the church.

Col. 2:12, Rom. 6:4, Matt. 28:19:

Communion of the Saints is a command and ordinance of the church showing forth the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord.

I Cor. 11:24-26

Missions are the life and strength of the home church.  It is the supreme privilege and duty of the church of Jesus Christ to carry the Gospel to the entire world in obedience to the Great Commission. Giving to Missions is literal, imperative and binding.

Mark 16:15

Tithe and offerings are brought into the storehouse of the Lord to support the Ministers and Ministries of the Gospel.

Mal. 3:10

Angels are spirit beings created by God subject to the divine government of God.  Angels are to execute God’s universal will in heaven and earth.  Their heavenly ministry is to worship God.  They are ministering spirits sent forth to serve the heirs of salvation; guard the believers; defend, protect, cheer and strengthen and deliver God’s people.  The angels will accompany Christ at His Second Coming.

John 1:3, Rev. 7:11,Ps. 91:11, Ps.148:2, Heb. 1:14, Matt.16:27

Satan is a creation of God.  He was cast out of heaven, along with one third of the angels, because he chose to rebel against God.  Satan usurped authority over the earth through the seduction of Adam and Eve by leading them in rebellion against God.  Satan, the demons, and evil spirits seek to destroy us and spread disease and defilement in the earth.  God has given redeemed man authority over them in the name of Jesus Christ.

Ezek. 28:11-19, Gen. 1:13, Matt. 8:16, 10:1, I John 3:8, Acts 16:18
